Last year Pizza Hut made the world’s first shoe that ordered pizza. This year, the brand is making the world’s second shoe that orders pizza—and pauses live TV, so viewers won’t miss a thing when their March Madness pizza gets delivered.
The shoes let the wearer order two medium 2-topping pizzas for $5.99 each so they don’t miss a second of the action during March Madness. And unlike last year’s Pie Tops, which released 64 pairs, this year only 50 pairs of Pie Tops II will be released the week of March 19th.
The new shoe design features include a patent leather marinara splash, cheese grater mesh sides and gold lace tips. And they order your pizza and pause your TV.
Pie Tops II, the second generation of Pizza Hut’s techie kicks, are rolling out just in time for the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament.
