PepsiCo Commits $500,000 to Veterans with Disabilities

Want to help out a U.S. Veteran? PepsiCo does, and they’ve just announced their second $500,000 donation to the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV), through Dream Machine recycling kiosks, as seen above.

PepsiCo Gets Greener, from Russia to Philly

PepsiCo, the company that brought Fritos to Russia, just received LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for its Frito-Lay Manufacturing facility in Azov, Russia, the first in the company's European network.

PepsiCo now counts 27 LEED certified facilities worldwide, while its Frito Lay Manufacturing facility in Azov is one of the first LEED-certified projects in Russia, "now considered to be the country’s model for a high performance building."Continue reading...

Pepsi's Dream Machine is Coming to Capitol Hill

PepsiCo announced it's bringing its Dream Machine interactive recycling bins to Washington, DC — the first city to partner with the brand's conservation program.

The beverage giant is rolling out 363 new Dream Machine bins in the nation's capital, a move that will quadruple the number of recycling bins in the downtown area. The city's DowntownDC Business Improvement District and District Department of Public Works are helping with the DC deployment, joining Waste Management and Keep America Beautiful as corporate partners.
