Unilever put its cooking sauces Chicken Tonight and Ragu under strategic review a year ago, and now it’s selling the brands in the UK to Symington’s, a convenience-food producer of such British brands as Ainsley Harriott and Golden Wonder, according to the Financial Times.
Both brands, however, will continue being manufactured by Unilever, which will keep on cranking out the sauces for at least three years while Symington’s attempts to market and develop the product in the U.K. and Ireland.Continue reading...
