Maybe it's the dulcet tones of brand voice Jeff Bridges, but Hyundai — a smaller automaker than rivals Honda and Toyota — is tops on one important list: the most common return-customer seller in the last quarter.
Hyundai topped the Kelley Blue Book list, a first for the company, according to a KBB press release. As Auto Loan News reports, Hyundai placed first in customer loyalty with 52.3% of the vote with Honda (49.7%) and Toyota (42.7%) placing second and third.
The top American brand was Ford, Auto Loan News notes, which came in fourth with 45.4%.Continue reading...

A year after dropping Marlboro's barcode from its racing cars, Ferrari has extended its collaboration with the Philip Morris-owned cigarette brand through the end of 2015, "despite cigarette advertising being banned in the sport," as ESPN reports. The partnership dates back to 1984, while Marlboro has been Ferrari's title sponsor since 1997. The Marlboro logo, meanwhile, has not appeared on the Formula 1 team's cars since 2007.

When Porsche started selling its cars in Korea back in 2003, it sold 80 of them in the first year. Last year, the company sold 708 and it is on pace to sell more than 1,000 in 2011, according to the Korea Herald.
The “well-to-do” of Korea are falling in love with foreign luxury cars, the site reports. Bentley sold vehicles there last year, while Maserati and Ferrari each sold about 50.

It was an ironic weekend at the box office. Russell Brand vehicle Hop dueled with Russell Brand vehicle Arthur for the top spot. Hop (once again) won the weekend, the widely panned Arthur didn't — and Brand's brand is now up for a bit of rebranding it seems.
