LG and Progressive Campaign Overlap Must(ache) End

LG must be thrilled it found a such a charismatic guy to pitch its new Thrill 3D 4G phone. Except, he seems kind of familiar.

In fact, Progressive Insurance likes him too, which is confusing American TV viewers, judging by Facebook and Twitter comments.

The commercial above and the one below are both running during NFL games this weekend, and both feature actor John Jenkinson, who has starred as Flo's alter ego, dubbed "The Messenger," for Progressive since last November:

Ha! The actress in the Progressive commercial is a good friend of mine.

Mustache or not I actually didn't realize it was the same guy because he's so energetic in the  LG spot.
