Nice interview and great interpersonal skills but very easy interview. I was expecting how Hermes was hit by the crisis and how they avoid to get down prices in thoses situation and was is the criteria to open new stores.

Agree with Daniel Cruz, quite a few softball questions. Interesting nonetheless though, especially the ideas of getting everyone together for an away-day, and how online gives people a "comfort level".
