Omnicom-owned global customer agency, C Space, has promoted Kathryn Blanshard to managing director UK, effective April 1st. The position was previously held jointly by Phil Burgess and Felix Koch, who have both been promoted to global roles.
Blanshard (above), who joined the business in 2010, was most recently vice-president, director of partnerships EMEA. In that role, she helped grow C Space business across Europe and has led work for the company’s largest European clients.

Burgess will fill the newly-created role of chief people and operations officer for the Americas, relocating to Boston. Koch is being promoted to regional CEO, EMEA & APAC. Based in the UK, he will lead and expand the Europe and Asia Pacific business.
