Chobani likes to introduce new flavors, and in launching its first limited-edition Hero Batch, the Greek-yogurt leader has added a benefit: The new Red, White and Blueberry combination benefits US military families.
In the spirit of #GivingTuesday, the company partnered with Operation Homefront by setting a donation goal of $1 million to support the critical needs of military families. Chobani kicked it off with a donation of $500,000 with a pledge to match every dollar donated by customers up to an additional $250,000.

Chobani launched the new flavor for Veterans Day earlier this month, featuring the flavor of Greek yogurt with mixed berries on the bottom and vanilla yogurt, which was designed by military vets at the company.
“We wanted to make something special with one goal: to say thank you to all who have served and to offer support to those who need it,” said founder Hamdi Ulukaya, in a press release.
Meet Hero Batch, a first-of-its-kind flavor made to commemorate our partnership w/ @Op_Homefront. This #GivingTuesday, we’re asking fans like you to help us reach our donation goal of $1 million to support the critical needs of America’s military families. https://t.co/cXj71qv2Il
